The Noa matching test offered by Zoozamen is a postmodern, behavioral, high validity and content specific matching test.
The algorithm is based on over ten years of vast research and hands-on experience in various markets and organizations.
The matching algorithm has been approved and is used by Israeli welfare agencies as a standard test implemented when testing couples for compatibility as foster parents.

Some background history explaining our rational
Since the Industrial Revolution organizations have been searching for the best methods to screen candidates for employment as the goal of each organization is to find the best match for the job. As a result the Selection industry has undergone many changes since the beginning of the 20th century in order to improve validity and successful evaluation of the job.
At the beginning of the 20th century organizations used clinical psychology tests for screening. However clinical psychology screening tests validity was both very low (0-0.1) and very costly (ROI is very low).
The second generation of tests was developed in the 1940’s in order to screen, as quickly as possible, a mass of American soldiers for different units for the US army. This industrial phase of screening test - industrial psychology screening tests validity was still very low (0-0.22) but was not as costly as clinical psychology tests.
